The Greater New Hope Women’s Department is one of vital importance to the building of God’s Kingdom. We believe that women hold a significant place within the body of Christ and their work is essential in spreading God’s love through the community and abroad. Within the Women’s Department are various auxiliaries such as: The Young Women’s Christian Counsel, The Kitchen Ministry, Hospitality, Usher Board, Mother Board, Prayer Warriors, and the First Lady’s Armor Bearer,etc. These ministries are paramount in their support to the mission and ministries of this church body, thus we believe that the Women’s Departments and its multiple functions/roles are of utmost importance to fulfilling of the vision of this church and the work of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. While this department is termed "Women's Department" the workers found therein are of both genders, male and female, which solidly empitomizes the church body as being one because "We are Better Together".

First Lady’s Armor Bearer

This position is appointed by the First Lady of the Church and is selected for her sincere concern for the wife of the Pastor. She is a mature saint and one who can be trusted with confidential information as well as having a pleasing personality as she assist in entertaining the guests of the First family of the church.

Home and Foreign Missions
Sister Satina Signal
This ministry supports those persons identified (at home and abroad) by the director of Missions and the Pastor. It serves as a catalyst to propel the church body to reach outside of its walls into the local community, as well as those abroad, to embrace the sick, the hurting, and the lost and share the love of Christ, not just through words by through actions.

Hospitality
Sister Kala Gilbreath
The Hospitality Department is composed of people that enjoy serving others. They extend to guests and friends of the Pastor and church a helping hand and a friendly spirit. They serve at the discretion of the Pastor and are dedicated to the comfort of church guests and satisfy their hunger and thirst at designated times

Illustrated Sermons
Mother Alvinia Quarles
This ministry utilizes a variety of customes, props, and audiable expressions to assist the congregation in visulizing God's words to the fullest. All sermons are biblically based and are pure dramataztions of Gods word. The personnel involved in this ministry must have a true compassion for Christ as to vividly enshance the expressiosn of compassion, love, and caring nature Christ has toward us all.

Kitchen Ministry
Sister Satina Signal & Sister JoAnn Hester
This ministry is responsible for organizing fellowship meals and orchestrating the various functions needed by the ministry during social functions, outreach ministries and special occasions. Personnel serving in this ministry are considered to have a Martha's Heart ina Mary's World as they often forfit the time spent sitting at the feet of Jesus to prepare a glorious feast through which the body of Christ can be natrually nourished and strengthened.

Mother’s Board

The Mothers Board consist of women who are willing to commit themselves to diligent and vigilant intercessory prayer for the Pastor and the church. They are hand picked by the Pastor through the guidance of God of the Holy Spirit to assist the Church Mother in supporting with their prayers and by their actions the entire Women’s department.

Pastors Aide
Minister Elton Latin & Brother John Gilbreath
This ministry seeks ways to assist the Pastor and First lady in meeting their many needs as they are called upon to perform in service to the church. In other words they are to seek ways to relive the burdens confronting our Pastor and his family.

Prayer Warriors
Mother Claire Mattis & Mother Catherine Ward
This ministry serves as a spiritual hedge around the church body. It’s purpose is to be constant in prayer for the leaders of this church body and for the needs of Gods people. This members of this ministry place the needs of others over their own needs and are given to prayer as the spirit of Christ leads them to intercede for the lost souls within the community, this nation, and the world at large.

Young Women’s Christian Council (YWCC)

The Young Women’s Christian Council fulfills three roles with the church. First, to get young women into the Word of God, and apply those Biblical truths to their lives, thereby enabling them to live victoriously through Christ. It's second purpose is to promote Christian fellowship among all women that choose to fellowship with this church body. The third and last purpose is to instruct, develop and assist young women in methods of outreach and evangelism. This is of vital importance because we all are to "go out into the highways and hedges to compel others to come" to the saving knowledge of Christ.

Usher Board

The Usher Board is composed of those dedicated to order in the House of the Lord. This ministry serves to portray the love Christ has for all mankind by rendering service to visitors and the congregation.
